Horizon Hospice has sponsored free community-
Grief is a normal and universal response to the loss of a loved one. It is also an utterly unique experience for each individual. The passage of time alone is often not enough to journey through grief.
When you take part in a professionally facilitated bereavement group, you join with others who are experiencing similar losses to move forward through grief by sharing emotional, physical, and spiritual responses with others.

Horizon Hospice co-
The Inland North County group meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Poway Senior Center, 13049 Civic Center Drive in Poway.
The Ramona group meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the Ramona Adult Day Health Care Center, 2138 San Vicente Road in Ramona. These sessions are hosted by The Last Resort.
